Comic-Con was the first part of my two weeks in California. This was also my first Comic-Con, and boy did I go over budget 😉
I arrived late on Wednesday to meet up with Polaroid as I was staying with him. This was great because he is a veteran and expert on Comic-Cons. We stayed at Kings Inn which has two restaurants, and the free shuttle bus stops in front of the Inn. Thursday I didn’t have a ticket yet so I went to the San Diego Zoo, and had a great time there too. Later in the evening we met up with Matt & Bronwen to pick up her ticket so I could use it the rest of the weekend. We talked for awhile and offered dinner out, but they had to get back to make manikins.
Friday 13th was a excellent day. Met Frank Cho and got his signed calendar and some prints. Also a couple drawings from Armando Huerta. One of his models (Andi Lyn) was there and Snuggles got his picture taken with her. Armando does awesome drawings, and so does Greg Horn. He was the next stop, and many others.
All this time we were getting pictures of the many Cosplayers, and most had their picture taken with Snuggles. He was getting email addresses left and right, Lucky bastard. Guess this more of a continuing adventures of Snuggles.
Saturday was a big day. I met Doug Sneyd of Playboy fame. He did a drawing of Ceilidh from a picture on my website. He said this was the first time he had done a drawing from an iPad. While waiting for the drawing I got an autograph on my Witchblade shirt from Mark Silvestri. After dinner we went back to pick up my drawing and iPad. Then looked around until closing.
Sunday we went back in the morning to do some final shopping to get the best bargains. Also Frank Cho singed my Liberty Meadows shirt. After lunch we stopped by Ruby13, but that is a story for another blog 😉

Well it is July already, and Snuggles seems to be on the prowl again so I thought I would revisit the story behind Snuggle’s Adventures.
Many of the members at ODC know the story behind Snuggles, but it was a story started at TDF in late 2007/early 2008. So most of the new members haven’t heard how it all started.
Well Snugglesb469 was a member at TDF, and as a fun thing to do Camp got a Snuggles bear and took a picture of him between Dottie’s Boobs. Naturally Ceilidh wanted to do it too. Then we had the idea of sending him around to different members to take the same picture with different dolls and post them. But the bear’s true nature started taking over, and soon he was doing all sorts of things with the dolls.
Snugglesb469 later married Misty-the-Cat, and had a den of cubs, or is that kittens, anyway Snuggles went into semi-retirement and was content to hang with the dolls here. That was until recently when he got an eyeful of ‘Tut’s Nips’ and had to go snuggle between them ^-^
After sending Snuggles to King Tut I went back to collect most of the old shoots, and put them in my gallery, and will link them here; http://incredidoll.com/gallery3/index.php/Snuggles When I find more I add them too.
The first shoot with Snuggles was also another first. It was the first time Dottie came to see Ceilidh which was the first time two “non-related” dolls were brought together for a photoshoot.

After Snuggles came home it didn’t take long before Yoshi found him, and had her way with him. Also Poor little Tamaki was relaxing in the porch when the little Gigolo startled her by pawing her up. She seemed to warm up to the idea and really did a number on him too.
Will he now go back into retirement , or should you be on the look out for any strange behavior in your doll? Hmmm…

After a day of hiking in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, Ceilidh’s feet were getting a bit tired. So we found a cool mountain stream to take our shoes off and cool the dogs. That’s how the pictures tell the story, but there was a lot of work to get them. I took these pictures at the end of September 2011 so the water was a bit too cold for me, but not Ceilidh 😉 The stream is behind a camp ground, and down a steep embankment. I used the doll dollie to get her down and back. Fortunately there was a rough path so I wasn’t fighting too many trees. I was going to have her skinny dip, but try to maneuver her around slippery rocks by myself didn’t seem like a good idea.
Afterwards I got her back to the truck, and was thinking of staying there, but the campground was filling up and I didn’t have a reservation. I also couldn’t stay at Camp’s place so Ceilidh and I found a motel. It was a good thing we did because it rained that night and the next day. At least it was a good sunset, and we had time for another shoot in the motel 🙂

Well this month I am doing something a bit different. Instead of pictures of dolls I got pictures of girls in cosplay. Camp and I went to Anime Boston to see what it was like. This was the first time either of us had been to an anime convention, and I wanted to get an idea before going to Comic-Con in San Diego. We had a great time in seeing all the different costumes, and seeing the amount of detail put in them.
Now I can’t wait for Comic-Con 2012 in July.

This month is Dottie doing Cosplay as Meriem Cooper from the Cavewoman comic. I had been planning on doing this theme for some time so when the photo contest came up this month as “Wild Life” I finally got a round toit.
Well Camp and I started the shoot on a Wednesday night for a couple of hours, but I didn’t get back to finishing the shoot until that Saturday afternoon. I took 126 pictures in all from fifteen different poses. What took a lot of time was searching out different backgrounds and poses that Dottie could do. This actual pose (above) took about ten to fifteen minutes to move her into position, take ten pictures, while changing the light and minor adjustments to the pose. Then about a half hour to crop out the background, clean up the picture, and paste the two pictures together. I then had to repeat the Photoshop work on the rest of the pictures.

On a cold Winters night under a full moon she arrived.
Ceilidh and Dottie were relaxing in the hot tub under the moon light when the door opens, and in blows Vicki with suitcase in hand.
In her goth-loli clothes Ceilidh’s little sister must have left somewhere in a hurry to have her panties stuck in the case.
Ceilidh thinks to herself SHIT not another one! “Oh no you don’t. Your going to have to convince me to let you move in here”
Vicki is quick to say “Well you can use my body while yours is being repaired”… ::)
Dottie; “She has you there. She already has both her hips replaced, and your regular body is a mess”
Ceilidh; Sigh… “Well until Incred can fix my ass, literally, guess you can stay. Now get in this tub and give me some lovin” :-*
We often joke about do a shoot and fix the doll. Well now I remember why I don’t do tub shoots much. Turns out Vicki and Dottie have splits on the bottom of the feet, and one week later water is still coming out >:(
List of repairs;
Dottie; one foot, and later found she took on water in the crotch from an earlier hip operation.
Ceilidh; Under the arms; I fixed the foot, and the back of her knee before putting her in.
Vicki; under both breasts split. The taint. One foot. Two finger nails.
This is the way with vintage dolls.

Welcome to my new website! I’m basically starting here where I left off at CoverDoll in January. So for February 2012 here are Ceilidh and Vicki sharing some St. Valentine chocolate.
Vicki is close to Ceilidh in age but is younger. I did try to do Vicki’s makeup like Ceilidh’s to see how close they could look. Still there are differences. I guess Vicki could be a sister but not an identical twin. But for this shoot I guess they’re kissing cousins. So Double Your Pleasure. Double Your Fun. With a double dose of red heads…..er something like that ^-^

Last year about this time Belshanar was working on InputJack’s Maggie, a factory enhanced B5, with custom nipples. Being an older tin cured doll she had the typical splits and tears. Also being an enhanced B5 she had splits under her breasts and hollows on top. she didn’t sag because of a bra, but she did get marks from it.
Bel was able to repair part of the breasts with adhesive, but didn’t feel comfortable using two part. The same with the recore. That’s when he decided to let me have a turn.
The first problem was the core got stuck and needed the BIG pliers to pull the core out. This ended up taking a square chunk of silicone out between the two holes deep inside. It looked like the area didn’t have enough soap on it. The idea is to soap up the cores so the new silicone mix won’t adhere to it when it dries, but you only need enough to coat the core and let it dry. If you have too much it may contaminate the new silicone so it won’t stick to the old silicone. That is why I coat the walls with wet silicone as I pore, then insert the core.
While the recore was going on I had trimmed the excess adhesive off the breasts and made a patch around the splits. Once the labia was installed and the final patch done it was time to fix the top part of the breasts. There is an other type of silicone jell used for filling the breasts. I used a small gauge syringe to fill the voids in the top part of the breasts. I did this while the doll was still upside down so it would cure there. This was the first time doing this so I didn’t know what to expect, but she came out fine.

Another successful doll meet in the rear view and on to Christmas 
This year we had the meet a week before Halloween so we had many costume changes. We also stayed an extra day hoping to get some good weather for outdoor shoots. This year was a little scaled back with a few people that couldn’t make it, and cutting back on some of the dolls. Camp and I only brought three, well four if you count Tamaki, to save our backs, and less costume changes. Although Ceilidh went through seven outfits alone 
We did have a few new members to the meet this time. Ceej has been to most of the meets, but missed last year. Zdr was able to make this meet for the first time, and wins the long distance award. Other new members are Janesays and his wife who brought along Delilah 
I started the blog with the Christmas pictures because of the season, and it looks like Santa starts off by helping himself to the helpers 
Looks like Santa is quite the stud with all those dolls throwing themselves at him.
Now back to the correct order of the events. Friday afternoon into the evening we made camp and set up the dolls in LBDs for the formal doll picture. Saturday we did several shoots starting out back with an old fire truck tanker. I also changed Ceilidh into Yoko from Gurren Lagann to do a solo shoot around the truck. In the evening we did the Christmas shoot, and then I put Ceilidh to bed in the sleeping bag by the fire.
Sunday morning was time to get the dolls into their Halloween costumes, and say goodby to Janesays & company, but not before we could get Delilah into that Southern Belle costume I’d been saving for her. After lunch we lined up the dolls out front for the costume shoot in the nice afternoon sun. Camp and I had been planning a sailor shoot for a couple years now and finally got’er done with four B5’s 
After that we figured we should end the meet high note, and have a pile o’dolls Ceilidh and Mahtek’s Delilah started it off, and from then on there was no stopping until all the dolls were in on it.

Sorry about last month’s blog. My computer had a melt down, and I’m still putting the thing back together. Hope you enjoyed the hip operation
This shoot was done a few months ago, but got put off for other shoots, and the crash. The dolls are in the basement using the strut and air fittings on modifiers to stand them anywhere in the room. The sand is a couple of painting drop cloths, and the background is blue felt with a plastic beach-scape.
The story line is Yoshi and Dottie are at the beach for a day of fun in the sun. Dottie gets to reading her comic, when Yoshi notices Dottie needs some sun tan oil put on. Of course Dottie is not one to refuse getting a rub down and promptly gets nakid Yoshi is not one to be left out either and strips. She then helps herself to those big melons for a good groping.
About this time lifeguard Ceilidh informs them that this is not a nude beach, and to put the suits back on or leave. Yoshi says “Don’t be a killjoy and come join us” then pulls down Ceilidh’s suit. Ceilidh then administers Yoshi’s punishment and sends them both packing
